Thank you for shopping at PEGA. We appreciate the fact you like to buy the cool stuff we offer! We want to make sure you are happy and have a rewarding overall experience after purchasing our products. That being said, we have some details about our Shipping and Return policies below.
Shipping Policy
Our ebikes and escooters are a little bit big and heavy for shipping, so we can only ship them by door to door freight service from our freight forwarder. Please double check the e-mail and phone number when you place the order, so our Freight carrier can arrange your delivery!
PEGA happily provides liftgate services for those who need it, but any other services will be done at your own expense (such as inside deliveries).
For products marked with EU WAREHOUSE or US WAREHOUSE, we will ship them from the local warehouse in EU(Poland) and US(LA), the shipping time is 4-7 working days.
For products without any marks, that means this product is only available from our factory, We will ship it from Chinese factory directly.
From Chinese warehouse we will ship your order by train/sea and when it arrives your country, our freight forwarder will deal with the custom clearance and your order will be delivered by local express company after the custom.
If you cannot find the shipping information on our site, that's because probably your address is out of our shipping service area, please message us with your address to check.
The shipping time from Chinese warehouse varies according to the global shipping form, We promise to ship within one week of receiving payment, but cannot guarantee the exact time of arrival, we will take the fastest shipping method possible.Generally speaking the reference shipping time is:
1. 30-45 working days to the UK and European countries
2. 30-50 working days to the United States and Canada
3. 15-25 working days to Southeast Asian countries and Australia
4. 30-45 working days to Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates
If you want air freight service (10-15 business days to arrive), please purchase an air freight card at the same time. If using air shipping, we will charge the corresponding price.
We ship Freight within one week after we receive your payment, so after you place your order and receive your order confirmation, it will ship within 1-5 business days, depending on which day you ordered.
Any international shipment that has been shipped cannot be refunded or cancelled. You can only initiate a refund upon receipt of the item and make sure the item is in good condition and unopened. We will provide your nearest receiving warehouse address for returns.

Warranty Policy
PEGA offers a Limited Warranty on their products.
Escooters and Ebikes are large and expensive to ship, and once you ride it it is used, and we do not offer any returns on your bike unless it is dead on arrival. We are not a rental store, and highly recommend doing your research before completing your purchase with us. If a bike has a minor cosmetic issue (such as a scratch, or chip on the paint), we will attempt to come to a reasonable discount but this is not grounds for warranty replacement or for a return.
For 30 days after the delivery date we can replace any part that is deemed defective from manufacturing.
The power system (motor, controller, display and battery) has a 2 years limited warranty.
We do have exclusions for normal wear components (such as bearings, seals, chain, brake components, suspension valving), as well as misuse or failure caused by damages due to accident, collisions, or neglect. Misuse also includes altering any wiring, or installing any non-genuine parts, as well as any use for racing. Any misuse in charging, storing, or discharging will void this limited warranty. Limited warranty are non-transferable and you must have proof of purchase from us, PEGA before asking for warranty replacement.

Please understand that the above shipping time is normal.Delays due to force majeure cannot be ruled out,but we will certainly actively seek solutions to ensure that your order arrives on time.
1. We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected to be,and in that unlike event we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.Once you receive a shipping notification,it is too late to cancel the order and you must request a return.
2. We accept returns within 7 days of original arrived date as long as the item is in the original sealed product box,unopened,and undamaged.
3. Shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns.
4. We may elect to not accept or authorize return of products that are not in their unopened,original packaging,or have been altered or modified with third-party or aftermarket parts or components.
6. If your order is shipped from China,you need to send the goods to the nearest designated location overseas warehouse.
7. If you encounter a quality problem with the product and need to return it,For appearance damage:we need you to feedback the problem within 48 hours of receiving the goods,
8. For damage to product parts:the warranty period is 2 years.
9. You will also need to provide sufficient photos and videos to demonstrate the quality issue.
10.We will return the full amount of your order after verifying the situation,but we need your assistance to send the goods to our designated warehouse or maintenance point.Man-made damage is not covered by this commitment.If you disassemble our product before reporting your problem,you will no longer be covered by our warranty.When you provide us with video materials,we will ask you to provide a video of the entire disassembly and inspection process.
11.We will bear all shipping costs due to quality problems.
12.If you find it difficult to return,and it is still possible to continue using our product.For damage covered by warranty,we also recommend that you use our free replacement parts.Or we will provide a certain amount of compensation after negotiation.
1.Test and dispose of the vehicle for sale.
2.Products or accessories that are beyond the three-pack period.
3. The user is damaged due to improper use,repair and maintenance according to the instructions of the end.
4.Poor and damaged due to natural disasters,man-made disasters,irresistible forces or chemical attack.
5.For accessories that do not need to be returned,proof materials such as videos or pictures cannot be provided.
6. Damage caused by modification or addition or subtraction of other accessories.
7.It is a vulnerable or consumable item in normal use (accessory coating,inner tube,thread tube,order piece,sprocket,chain,pedal).It is not covered by human injury,damage, normal wear and tear.
