We sign up with Airwallex/Payoneer/2checkout for credit card collection service. We have a sufficient deposit with the collection service provider. Once the order needs to be refunded under special circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible and refund all the amount to you by transfer. You can cancel your order at any time before your order ships and receive a full refund.

You can ask for a return in 14 days after sign for the goods, but make sure you didn't open the box.When signing for the goods, please indicate on the receipt form that you need to return the goods or if there are any problems with the goods.
If we do not see these on the receipt, we will deny your return request.

If your order encounters a shipping delay of more than 30 days, you can contact our customer service and request a refund.
Except for quality problems with motors and batteries, return service will not be included for other products with quality problems.
We strongly recommend that you contact our customer service before refunding, and we will take appropriate actions. Please try not to use chargeback, as this will have a serious impact on our payment system. And chargeback is likely to consume 3-6 months of waiting time.
