Warranty Policy

No reason return

1、Within 3 days from the date of receipt by the customer, the electric scooter has no traces of use and does not affect the secondary sales. It supports no reason to return the item; if it is overdue or has traces of use detected by the YUME EU station and it affects the secondary sale, it does not support the unreasonable return.
2、If there is no reason to return the goods, the customer (e-commerce) needs to pay for each item: logistics fee, testing fee, and repackaging fee (including packaging materials). If the customer (e-commerce) returns the package and the goods are damaged, all losses shall be borne by the customer (e-commerce
3、Before returning for no reason, the customer (e-commerce) must provide detailed photos of the scooter and photos of the original packaging as required by us in advance, for our assessment of whether the return standard is met, and our notice shall prevail for details.

Product quality problem return

1、If there are quality problems affecting the riding function non-human reasons within 14 days after the customer receives the goods, such as battery quality problems, motor quality problems, the problem still cannot be solved after providing solutions,we will support the return; overdue or our inspection proves that the quality problems described by the customer are not true, we will not support a full refund.
2、The scooter has undergone strict quality inspection before delivery, but it cannot guarantee that the accessories are damaged during violent transportation. In such cases, we will provide free accessories and after-sales service to help customers solve problems. If there are small problems and the customer does not cooperate with solving problem. And apply for a return and refund, the customer needs to send the scooter to our delivery address as required under the condition that the original packaging is guaranteed and the scooter is not in use, and the logistics fee and testing fee arising therefrom shall be borne. After receiving the scooter, Refund will be arranged based on the condition of the scooter.
3、If the customer (e-commerce) directly returns the scooter to our return address without the consent of our company, there will be a risk of rejection
4、Due to product quality problems, if the spare parts have been reissued to the customer for free, and the relevant problems have been solved. Within 14 days after signing for the product, if there are no functional non-human faults that affect riding,it will be deemed that the customer has accepted their own maintenance. Returns are no longer allowed in this case. We will provide services to assist customers in repairs

Return Package Notes

1、Customers need to clean the electric scooter in advance, especially: frame, handle, front and rear wheels, rear cover, etc. After cleaning, please take a clear photo and send it back (the car is not clean will affect the refund amount)
2、Please return all accessories and manuals, etc.
3、Please print out the return form and paste it on the outer carton (the return form must cover the original delivery express form), and arrange to take pictures of the six sides of the package to prevent abnormal scanning of the express delivery, resulting in the express being returned to the sender midway. or lost.
4, For self-delivery returns, the customer must send the returned item within 7 working days and provide the delivery certificate
5、After the returned package is handed over to the courier, please keep the delivery certificate signed by the courier and take a photo to send it back (if the parcel is lost by the courier, we need the delivery certificate to claim)

After sales terms

1、Slight scratches on the body are not a product quality problem. If the customer (e-commerce) minds, please place the order carefully. After receiving the goods, if the scooter is not used, if you apply for a return for this reason, it will be processed as "no reason to return". The cost of the product is borne by the customer (e-commerce); the refund amount needs to be arranged according to the return of the product. If the secondary sale is affected, the refund cannot be arranged in full.
2、During the warranty period, we will provide free accessories and assist customers in repairing; during the warranty period, if the customer (e-commerce) damages or damages the accessories during use, the customer (e-commerce) shall bear the accessories fee, maintenance fee and Freight, the specific evaluation standard is subject to the customer (e-commerce) providing meter mileage, vehicle video and photo confirmation; product warranty time is as follows; other parts have quality problems when signing for receipt, please feedback within 7 days from the day of receipt, we will Arrange for free reissue; quality problems over time need to be purchased by the buyer at their own expense.

3、If the customer (e-commerce) has been reissued free of charge and discounted compensation has been given, it is deemed that the customer (e-commerce) has accepted the risk of repair. In this case, the return service will no longer be available. Please use the compensation terms carefully.
4、When the courier delivers the package, if the outer packaging is obviously damaged, please ask the buyer to refuse to sign for it.
5、If it is found that the package is damaged in the case of contactless delivery, please take a picture of the package before unpacking (the damaged part must be clear, and the photo must clearly show the express information), and then take a picture of the product after unpacking. In this case, the claim to the logistics may not be successful. It is recommended that the buyer try not to provide the contactless delivery address.
