How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1-4 days. Shipping times vary based on the Transportation warehouse and destination.
Chinese warehouse shipment takes 30-45 days, and US/UK/EU warehouse shipment takes 3-7 days.

 

Only products with the EU/UK/US warehouse label indicate that the product is in stock in the corresponding warehouse, otherwise all products will be shipped from China.Since our headquarter is in China, we have to send most of the orders from here. If you want to use the air freight service, please purchase the air freight service in the product list.

We will prepare our goods in warehouses around the world as soon as possible, so stay tuned.

How much does shipping cost?
We strive to maintain low shipping costs. The shipping price associated with each item is displayed at checkout. Fees vary due to delivery warehouse and delivery time

Where does my order ship from?
PEGA is a global platform. Your order could ship from the PEGA warehouse based in China\EU\UK\USA.We will select the nearest stock point for shipment.

How do I change my shipping address?
Before placing your order on PEGA, you can change the shipping address directly in your shopping cart.
If your order was placed within the first 8 hours, You can contact the website customer service or send an email to modify it.
Once your order has shipped, it's no longer possible to change the address. We recommend contacting your local post office with your tracking numbers to see if they can reroute your order to another address.

● Processing Time: Before shipping your order, normally we need 1-4 business days to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. So the processing time is separate from the shipping time.
