The natural consumption of consumable parts is not covered by the warranty. For example, the natural wear and tear of the battery and the natural wear and tear of the brake pads will not included.

You can cancel your order at any time before your order ships and receive a full refund.

You can ask for a return in 14 days after sign for the goods, but make sure you didn't open the box.When signing for the goods, please indicate on the receipt form that you need to return the goods or if there are any problems with the goods.
If we do not see these on the receipt, we will deny your return request.

If your order encounters a shipping delay of more than 30 days, you can contact our customer service and request a refund.
Except for quality problems with motors and batteries, return service will not be included for other products with quality problems.
